Describe your issue:

I have installed OctoPi with Klipper on a Raspberry Pi 3b+ and attached it to a stock Creality CR-10S with AVR Atmega2560. Only few sanity checks are passed - temp sensors for bed and hotend are reported correctly and also the end stops are triggered correctly. Everything else does not seem to work - the bed and hotend do not heat up.
The steppers do not move.
I have compared the pinout from a previously configured and working Marlin firmware and everything seems to be in line - the correct pins are set in the config file.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Silly me, the printer was only powered via the 5V USB line of the RPi … once turned on from the power switch everything worked. Please close the thread.
