Ender 3 max neo w/ creality V4.2.7, and sonic pad

Please help. I’ve scoured the web and cannot seem to find an answer.
I have an Ender 3 Max Neo that I am trying to set up with a Sonic Pad. I have updated the mainboard from the v4.2.2 with the GD32F303 RET6 processor to the creality V4.2.7 with the STM32F103 RCT6 processor. With the GD32 processor I was able to get through the setup, however I kept getting an out-of-range error when I tried to print. The printer would heat up, start a purge line from the center of the bed to the left limit then travel towards the front left corner then give the out-of-range code. While troubleshooting I noticed that the processor shown on the sonic pad for my printer was the STM. I swapped out the mainboard, went back through the setup, and re-flashed the firmware. Both the throat fan and part cooling fan are working. But now the print head will not home for so that I can complete the set up.

Please help

You need to post a klippy log.

Sound like you have got your end stop positions wrong in your config and/or your stepper directions wrong.

I’m not familiar with your exact printer.

Please read this on the Sonic Pad:

Everything I’ve done has been plug and play. Main board install and Sonic Pad plug in. I haven’t done anything with the config. I’m not familiar enough yet to play with that stuff

EddyMI3D Yes I am trying to set up Sonic Pad because I yearn for faster prints

The speed of a print depends on the printer hardware, not on the host hardware.
