Describe your issue:
Hey,
I recently switched to klipper, except I noticed that my extruder does not extract enough for it to create fluid lines, it makes points every 1cm ~.
I’m new to klipper so I don’t know much. I’m on an MKS Gen L V1 board, and a Bontech extruder with creality’s original stepmotor, the nozzle is still 0.4mm.
Hey,
Thanks you for your awnser!
I already tried the rotation distance calibration multiple times, and I get like 10,6 cm filament remaining on a 100mm extrusion and with a 120mm mark.
Thx
This doesn’t make any sense.
you said following: I order 100mm of filament extrusion and remaining is 106mm,
I have a mark at 120mm.
Your goal is to get expected results, if you ordered 100mm extrusion - it should consume exactly 100mm of filament.
If you are getting huge difference - recheck microsteps, then tune rotation_distance
