G-Code files missing & can't upload

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 V2 using Mainsail

Today all my G-code files are missing from klipper & I cannot upload any new ones to it.
When I try to upload a file it gets to 99% but then says can’t upload (see screen shot below).

If I connect with WinSCP I can see all the G-Code files are showing in /home/pi/gcode_files/
I can also upload new files to this folder but they are not showing in Mainsail.

Any suggestions are welcome?

There should have been a notification to give Moonraker your root password. Did you do that?
