HELP: Webcam 'NO SIGNAL' but still shows FPS reading in mainsail

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 v2 (modified obviously)
MCU / Printerboard: BTT manta m5p

ISSUE:
I recently changed how i mounted the manta m5p on my printer and now the original USB-A port i was using for my webcam is no longer accessible so i have my webcam plugged into a different USB-A port (the bottom one of the two that are stacked on top of eachother on the m5p) and now in mainsail, all i get is ‘NO SIGNAL’ but i still get an FPS reading in the bottom right corner. How do i get my webcam working again but on a different USB-A port???
