Basic Information:
Printer Model: Ender 3
MCU / Printerboard: Mks Robin Nano v3.1
Describe your issue:
I had bought a modified ender 3 a few years ago from one of my neighbors, (they have since moved), and got 2 or 3 prints off of it before putting it up in storage, I’ve recently gotten it back out and tried to dial it in. I had heard that klipper is one of the beat firmwares to use and decided to look into flashing the printer, the printer has a mks robin nano v3.1, a bl touch, a direct drive extruder, and dual z motors, i know little to nothing about the wiring and modifications done to the printer other than that, im also running klipper on an old laptop i had sitting around, every time i turn off the printer i have to do a whole bunch of troubleshooting to get klipper to connect to it even though it shows up on Linux’s usb list, the config i found on github doesn’t seem to work it will move a few mm before stopping the auto home, and i can’t find any information on a printer or config similar to mine. Any help would be appreciated, especially if theres a YouTube video, or any documentation i can read, that would help with my specific situation.
