Hotend not reaching 200°

Hi !
I am currently building a CoreXY 3d printer, using the MKS Gen V1.1 (Double Z). I first started using Marlin, but I recently switched to the Klipper firmware. My problem is that with both, my hotend can’t reach 200°, and doesn’t even exceed 150° (approximately). I tried PID tuning, but it didn’t work. I also tried changing values from the [verify_heater extruder] section in klipper, but it still didn’t work. I found out that the problem was coming from the fan, because when I disconnect it, it works. Then I tried to replace it, but the result was the same. Here is the curve that the temp makes :

PS : I have changed my hotend many times, and I have now an official hotend from Prusa.

Thanks in advance !

Make sure the heater voltage matches your power supply voltage.

It does ! In fact, it worked fine (relatively, but the hotend could heat up) before I changed the way the hotend is held. To show you, this is what it looks like :

What’s about the wiring?
What’s about the PSU?
What’s about the klippy.log that has been asked for in the template you deleted right away when you opened this thread?

Hi !
For the wiring, I follow this schematic : MKS GEN V1.1 - RepRap
Here is my klippy.log, that I forgot to attach.
klippy.log (605.9 KB)

I meant: Have you checked the wiring? Connectors, cables etc.
Is the PSU able to deliver full power? What are the technical information of the PSU? 12 or 24 V, how many Ampere or Watts)

My wiring is fine, I think, as I have checked it many times. I even switched to the E1 (instead of E0) for the hotend connection, in case the problem was coming from there.
My PSU is a 12V, 30A.

If you have a recent Prusa hotend

They run on 24V

That’s right ! The PSU that I used is an old one, and l didn’t realize that it run on 12v ! Thank you very much, I will buy a new one (if there is no other solution) and I will let you know if it works, but I think that it will.

You still can get 12V heater cartridges, but also keep in mind that the PSU has to fit to the heated bed too if you run it on low voltage (12 or 24V)

Yes, but I don’t have yet a heated bed. I will remember it when I will add one.
Thank you very much !
