Basic Information:
Modded ender 3
Th3d Ezboard lite v1.2
I seem to have hotend temperature spikes up and down of about 3 degrees. This is a very intermittemt issue. Sometimes only happening every few weeks/ month. The hotend is a revo with a cr heater core. Attached is my pwm power and you can see the ripples. Any tips would be appreciated thanks.
Hot end or heater bed? The heater bed looks like it’s oscillating about 100C.
Regardless, you won’t get much help without posting your klippy.log
, like you were asked when you started the request.

I already saw much worse graphs.
Did you perform PID tuning? Maybe even twice or more.
How does it look if you only heat up the hotend and nothing else? Is it only oscillating when the fan is on?

Here is my klippy.log and yes theres still a slight oscillation of 2 to 3 degrees with just the hotendend up to temp

If you go 250°C plus then you have higher requirements than the standard PLA printing:
Standard 40W heating cartridge is a bit under dimensioned
Insulated heat block is mandatory
Proper fan duct design to avoid blowing at the nozzle and block
PID should be performed at this temperature with part fan at 100%
