How can we hyperlink cfg files in the folder to printer.cfg?

Friends. We were moving the Include xxx files that we added into the printer.cfg file to a folder in the mahcine and giving way from there. I can’t remember now. How would this path be?

I am adding the cfg files in the machine as inculud to the printer. What I want to explain is that the files “macro.cfg + purge_line.cfg + start_print.cfg + …” that we created in the machine, are moved to the “app” folder. I want to add these files from the “app” folder to the printer.cfg file. Since I use a translator, sometimes I cannot explain it exactly. I hope I explained it correctly. example: [inculude /app/purge_line.cfg] This was not a correct addressing. I tried a few variations but could not succeed.

Did not test it:

  • Relative paths to the default config folder should work, e.g. your config folder is /home/pi/printer_data/config, then you could do
    • app/my_stuff.cfg, which should translate to /home/pi/printer_data/config/app/my_stuff.cfg
    • ../app/my_stuff.cfg which should translate to /home/pi/printer_data/app/my_stuff.cfg
  • Absolute paths, like /home/pi/app/my_stuff.cfg

Thank you Sineos… I will try your instructions tomorrow…
