It can be one of the roots. Even if it is a matter of some hundreds of a millimetre. Probe calibration - Klipper documentation

IMO, this can have drastic effects, especially if combined with an improper mechanical setup and, e.g., skewed or twisted profiles, gantries, or axes.

Thanks for the input. I realized that the x_offset, y_offset, and z_offset values were missing in my [probe] section.
I’ve now added:

  • x_offset: 21.0

  • y_offset: 0.0

  • z_offset: 3.1

I’ll perform a new calibration and test the setup again with these values. I’ll report back if the issue persists.
