Is it possible to output `z_tilt_adjust` value?

I tried to have a go at this but I couldn’t.

I need a macro that can output the value of z_tilt_adjust or the values of stepper_z and stepper_z1 after I home the printer.
I’d like to establish if the G28 commands overwrites the values that z_tilt_adjust provided.
