K1C Error {"code": "key294", "msg": "Timeout on wait for '2' response", "values":["tmcuart_response"]}

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Creality K1C
MCU / Printerboard: Stock Config
Host / SBC
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

Now 2 time in a row midprint I get the error {“code”: “key294”, “msg”: “Timeout on wait for ‘2’ response”, “values”:[“tmcuart_response”]} and the Printer freezes.

Rooted with Creality Helper Script, got Guppy Sceen, OctoEverywhere, OctoApp Companion and Mainsail installed.

Printer worked flawless up to the last 24 hours.

Hello @Komger !

I don’t know what you are running there, but that is definitely no genuine Klipper.

I just used the Creality Helper Script but it just mentioned that its dirty and performed an update.

Maybe now its working again…

Shouldn’t the K1C run a standard Klipper configuration when rooted?

The K1s run on Creality OS and a custom Creality-altered Klipper, so the error codes will not be understood by the true Klipper users.

Help will not be found here but only via Creality and K1 users.

Please try searching with Goolge for Creality K1 error codes.
