K1C unable to connect to moonraker after update

Basic Information:

Printer Model: K1C
MCU / Printerboard:creality
Host / SBC
klippy.log
moonraker.log (150.6 KB)

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed
Be sure to check our “Knowledge Base” Category first. Most relevant items, e.g. error messages, are covered there

Describe your issue:

…printer showed it having an update available and updated via fluidd software menu and have not been able to connect to moonraker since. i have uploaded my moonraker.log hopefully some can make sense of it

  1. Which Linux distribution do you use?
  2. Which Python version do you use?
  3. Try following approach and copy paste the output formatted as code using </>
     cd ~/moonraker
     git pull
     ~/moonraker/scripts/install-moonraker.sh

Idk what version of Linux is running on the printer or version of Python it is running. Im not the one that installed any of that. I can tell you that I am able to ssh into the printer and can use the creality print software.

@serioufreedom
The K1C has a custom Creality RPi OS and Creality Klipper, and if root access has been enabled, there is also a custom Moonraker for K1s.

These were not developed by the main Klipper group and you may not find the support you need here.

You might want to try Creality’s discord support.
