Describe your issue:

… Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Ender3 v2 (board 4.2.7) running Klipper. My extruder motor doesn’t turn when I issue the command G1 E10 F300 now with move extruder – the motor remains stationary. I’ve checked my wiring and connections, and everything seems to be in order. Also checked drivers they also seems to be oke Vref are as they need to be. Also tried !PB4 for dir pin but nothing. Extruder section in printer.cfg (using step_pin PB3, dir_pin PB4 & i tried with !PB4, and enable_pin !PC3).

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verified all physical connections and wiring.
  • Confirmed that the configuration parameters for the extruder are similar to the recommended settings.
  • Attempted manual extrusion with G1 E10 F300, but the extruder motor does not move.
  • Tried to run extruder motor on other axes it works on x,y,z … wire is also good

Could someone please advise on what else I might check or modify? I’m particularly curious if sharing the same enable_pin for all steppers could be causing issues or if there’s another configuration parameter I may have overlooked.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Vladimir

Your pin assignment for the extruder seems wrong. See klipper/config/printer-creality-ender3-v2-2020.cfg at 1fc6d214f4fab8b9e6a051fbe42f27ef4add77ef · Klipper3d/klipper · GitHub

I have tried that 1 also . step PB3 !PB3 PB4 !PB4 & for dir PB4 !PB4 PB3 !PB4.
Think i am losing my mind with this printer.
