KLIPPER prints warped edges OCTOPRINT prints normally

Basic Information:

Printer Model: caihong 3d 300X300X300
MCU / Printerboard:MEAGE2560 RAMPS 1.4
klippy.log

Describe your issue:

With the klipper firmware non-stick glass, the edges warp when you hit it, but with the original mks firmware + octoprint it is normal, and the direct connection to the computer is also normal. Is there something wrong with the klipper setting? Moreover, klipper freezes when it is started, armbian is normal! The printer will not print. It should be dead. Worrying, I have bought it for a year, have I played it seven or eight times?

Please attach the klippy.log as requested!
Otherwise nobody can say if there is anything wrong with your config.

Do you use the same slicer settings for Klipper and Octoprint+MKS firmware?

Please don’t mix up Klipper and OctoPrint.

  • Klipper is a firmware solution
  • OctoPrint is a print server

Warping edges are not related to Klipper. Most likely your first layer settings are different between your default firmware and Klipper and this is causing the problem.
Check the internet, there are an abundance of guides what is causing warping and how to mitigate it.

Thank you very much. I have flashed back to Marlin-1.0.2 and used ocotoprint. I did not save a lot of logs

Thank you very much for your reply. I have flashed back to Marlin-1.0.2 and used ocotoprint. I did not say that klipper is bad, but it does not perform well here.

Thank you very much for your reply.
