A few days ago, I updated all klipper stuff from Klipperscreen (auto updates),
since then, Klipper randomly crash during prints without any apparent reasons…
I have to restart the raspi and the board, and then i am good for 1-2 prints without failure…
Any idea?

From the log it looks like you are actively requesting an emergency stop from the webinterface. Klipper is just like “your wish is my desire, master”
Yes, i had to hit the BIG Red Button! (as klipper stopped midprint on top of the piece!)
I just cleared my klippy.log, and i am attempting more prints to see if i can reproduce the issue!
Redid bed leveling, Z adjustment (BLTouch), bed mesh, etc…
Printer always get stuck at the beginning of Layer # 2 and Klipper goes to shutdown mode…
