Klipper think my z axis is triggered when my actual z axis probe is a cr touch

Basic Information:

Printer Model: ender 3 pro
MCU / Printerboard: creality 4.2.2

Describe your issue:

so for whatever reason klipper thinks my z endstop is triggered, but my real z endstop is my cr touch bed probe, this is causing the z axis to refuse to go home and it pops up an error saying “z endstop still triggered after retract” any help is greatly appreciated.
