M106 and Generic Fan Activation Issues

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron Trident
MCU / Printerboard: BTT Kraken
Host / SBC Pi-4 Mainsail

So i am for some reason having issues using the M106 command to turn on fan’s i have no issues using any of the [Fan_Generic Example] to turn on fans, only using the M106 command with the [Fan] section poses issues, can be same pin configuration as the generic fan just doesnt activate with M106 and i have no g-code macro overrides in any config file i have on the machine?

I will be able to upload a klippy log later as i am out of the office.
