Mcu Unable to connect raspberry pi

Basic Information:

Printer Model: anycubic i3 mega s
MCU / Printerboard: TriGorilla Mainboard

As the headline says, I have problems with Klipper.
I have restarted the raspberry or printer several times but still the problem remains
"Klipper reports: ERROR

mcu ‘mcu’: Unable to connect
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
“FIRMWARE_RESTART” command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.
Error configuring printer" .

unfortunately i am not that programming guy to search for it myself i hope someone can help me here

Are you sure about that:

[mcu]
serial = /dev/ttyUSB0

I replaced the board of my Anycubic i3 Mega before it was klipperized.
