I followed everything and it still wont connect

There is not much more guidance we can offer. This is a well known board that works with thousands of Klipper installations and your symptoms are also well known. With a probability of 99.873% the reason is within the listed items.

A new update after removing BRltty I am now getting the error:Internal error during connect: read failed: device reports readiness to read but returned no data

According to the log there are still connection problems between the RPi and the printer-board.
