So I am having an MKS Gen l v1 with a screen TFT 28 v4. The thing is, since I switched to Klipper, I never managed back to use the screen.
My printer is an Ender 3, and the host is a PI 400.
I don’t know if I need to connect the screen on the board or the PI?
And I don’t a lot about the configuration so it will be nice to guide please.

Chances are high (almost 100%) that your screen is not supported by Klipper.
