BTT TFT7.0 V3.0 Klipper Screen setup

Hello Klipper Group,

I have a BTT TFT7.0 V3.0 TFT 800x480 screen that does not have a HDMI input but has various connections, see attached pinout diagram. I would very much like to use this screen to attach to a Pi and setup Klipper and Klipper Screen on it to attach to a BTT SKR Pro 1.2 controller on my 3D printer I am building.

I know this hardware is a couple of years old but I have it and don’t want to shell out a lot of cash on new hardware. Is any one able to give me some help to get this working. Thank you.

This display should be useable natively with Klipper via GitHub - teeminus/NoTouchScreenFirmware: Stripped down version of BIGTREETECH-TouchScreenFirmware which only supports ST7920 emulation (Marlin Mode)
I do not think that it is possible to use KlipperScreen (at least I’m not aware of)

Hello Sineos, thank you for your reply. It would appear that this screen has particular firmware that is written towards Marlin and so the only way it could be done is if someone writes some code to allow the screen to communicate with Klipper. I fear this is a lost cause and the screen will be consigned to the obsolete technology box.
