No trigger on x after full movement. im using catboat on a pad 7. this all worked for me on my laptop running mint and klipper. i got a pad7 and now i get this error.
any help is appreciated
also, i installed the original kobra fw and the homing works as it should so i assume i have a setting error.

Hey Eddy, thanks for the reply.
All the triggers say open, when I home Y, it says triggered, when I home x it makes a grinding noise but if I press the x endstop it says triggered.
So there is something in the way and the endstop can’t be activated.
You may check the mechanics.

Usually the value is 0.11 unless you changed something.
I never changed it but I will put it to that and try it out. I can slide the printer head back and forth with the power off or the motors disabled fine. I installed my original Kobra max fw and the printer works normal. Homes properly and prints
So I changed all the stuff you said. The grinding noise is gone but I still get the no trigger warning
With steppers off, can you manually push the printhead towards the endstop and activate it with no much effort?
I took all the wires off again and even pulled off the ones on the mobo and put them back in exactly the same. It works perfectly now. Thanks for your help Eddy! Just gotta read up on leveling and bedmesh.
Maybe some bad connectors or broken cable?
But good when it is working again.
