PETG problems

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3, BIQU V2 extruder
MCU / Printerboard: skr mini e3 v2
Host / SBC
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

I have tuned my printer for PLA i think quite good but now i have tried PETG and i am loosing my mind. I have tried many settings, lowering and increasing temps, speeds, infils, orientations, retractions, flow rates, cooling and many other but my benchy seems to always fail at the same spot. Please does anyone have an idea what to do as i have already wasted so much fillament without even being able to print the parts i need? Bellow are the last 3 out of 6 benchy pics… pretty bad
