Issue:
It’s pretty random, but seems to always be mid print and at different times. My pi would lose connection to moonraker and the print will stop. The only way to get it to connect again is to power cycle the pi. Sometimes I have to power cycle a few times to be able to connect to the pi again. It happens on any print and not a specific one.

I’m using a raspberry pi 3 model B with mainsail and using a wired connection and using Cura as my slicer. The usb cable I’m using is brand new from Anker and I don’t have any issues with it when I use with other devices. I even have a fan pointed to my pi to help keep it cool. I’m using the official power supply from raspberry pi, 5.1 V and 2.5 A.

Adding my configs just in case it’s needed

Any help please?

You appear to have a system stability issue. While it could be temperature or voltage, you typically get warnings when they are problematic. It could be file system corruption or an issue with the SD Card itself, the first thing I would try is a fresh image on a new SD Card if possible. If you have any USB peripherals connected outside of your MCU, such as a webcam, try disconnecting them.

If that does not work its possible that a component on the Pi itself is faulty.
