SD Card menu on LCD does not start print

I have an Ender 3 Pro that I converted to a Voron Switchwire. I am running Fluidd. The screen that came with the Ender 3 Pro works except none of the gcode files in the SD Card menu start a print.

When I select one of these gcode files I can see the following in the console.

14:43:03 File selected
14:43:03 File opened:4x 1U Modular Drawer 12x6.gcode Size:2774877

… and in the fluidd webui I can see a print started with 0% progress but PRINT_START never starts.

Starting a print from the Fluidd WebUI works without issue. Tried attaching my klippy log but it says an error occured. I did look through it and it does not report anything when I try to print from the SD Card menu.

I have searched high and low for someone else with this issue and have not had any luck. Didn’t get any response on Discord about it either. So hopefully someone here has some inside as to why it does not work.

What error? klippy.log will help to solve your problem.

A website error. Can’t even add a screenshot. If I try just the klippy.log I get a file size error. If I try to upload a .zip I just get “Sorry, an error has occurred.”.

Here is a github gist as a work around.

zip it! It’s just a text file. Good to compress :grinning:
