Skr pico not connecting to pc host(ubuntu)

Printer Model: ender3 neo
MCU / Printerboard: skr pico

Describe your issue:

… i tried to reflash my skr pico many times and reinstall klipper many times too in my pc host. i also remove the mode manager, also checked the usb port and cables and yeah nothing change still printer is not ready and after some seconds mcu unable to connect please help me! thankyou!

You need to find the serial device ID of the board and enter that into your config file. Basic instructions to do this are at the link below.
