Steppers not moving at all (homing)

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 v2
MCU / Printerboard: CR 4.2.2
Host / SBC: RPI 4b 4gb ram
klippy.log
klippy_2.log (531.1 KB)

Describe your issue:

Recently I installed klipper on my new raspi and connected it to an ender 3v2, everything seemed to work but to this day I still cannot move the steppers. Every time i hit home it replies with: “No trigger on x after full movement”. And it shows some weirdly high values. The printer does not move at all.

Ps: the log looks very weird, is it normal?

Troubleshooting:
I’ve already tried Stepper_buzz and query_trigger, they didnt really help.

In what way it didn’t help?

Is the printer’s PSU properly connected to the printer board?

Keep in mind, that some Creality boards are back powered with 5V via the USB connection, so the MCU can work, but the steppers and the bed and extruder heater not.

PSU was connected while trying to home.
buzz didnt do anything and triggering showed the endstops were fine.

Do the bed and/or the extruder heat?

Well, we tried to heat up both but the mcu lost connection for some reason.

This is another indication for no power from the PSU

Are you sure there is power coming out of the PSU?

Im 99% sure, but it could be the wires that are connected the wrong way (power cables)

Take great caution when you work on the high voltage side.

Thank you for your help, it was the black wire that was unconnected. The fatigue that it has caused us, OMG!!! Everything works now.
