Describe your issue:
Hello,
I am sorry if the question could look a bit stupid but I am not a very familiar with Klipper. Have some experience but that case is out of my this problem seems more complicated to me and I’m not sure how to solve it.
The printer is total new out of the box
. All looks fine it power up the display is showing all the Klipper stuff. I already done the calibrations - for extrude and the bed too. All seems to be fine when it try to make a test print a simple box. After the printer homing X, Y , clean the bed and then turn around the bed for Z gantry level the head homes for print and after after certaintime an error appear on the screen “extruder” not hot enough. It try to find any information how to repair this but my experiences level over Klipper is not enough and I’m slightly confused what to touch or look at, even to analyze against Klipper log files what is the error. I’m not sure if the problem is with the startup g-code or if it’s the printer.cfg file itself. The printer.cfg file has not been touched, everything is as it is from the factory.
