Udev policy issue

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron2.4 350
MCU / Printerboard:Octopus 1.1
Host / SBC: Orangepi zero 2
klippy.log no log file yet

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

i am unable to get a serial by-id generated.
