Describe your issue:

Hey yall, I’ve been following this guide to install klipper on my printer, and I’ve run into a roadblock that I can’t find a solid answer for anywhere. Klipper is refusing to connect to the MCU (“Error configuring printer, mcu ‘mcu’: Unable to connect”) and I’m not smart enough to figure out the reason from the log \/

I definitely have the mcu set right in the printer.cfg, and the laptops definitely connected

I’ve reflashed the firmware to the printer 3 times, didn’t change anything. Used 2 usb cables, both of which I’ve used to connect the printer to my other computer for configuration purposes so I know they work. Rebooted both the laptop and the printer plenty of times, and other normal troubleshooting things.

I’ve set the serial baud to 115200 (recommended(possibly only) baud for my printer) everywhere I could find (in the printer.cfg, other misc config files that I’ve heard people change in other forum posts etc.), however in the klippy log just above the error it says the baud rate is 250000

That baud rate in the log is the only thing I think could be causing issues, but I have no idea how to change that so I’m outta ideas.
