Unable to connect to mcu, spad

keep getting this error when trying to connect to my sonic pad through the web.

Please contact Creality for support. The Sonic Pad does not run mainline Klipper, and we do not offer support for it.

I would but there customer support isn’t very helpful

think it might have something to do with this cod in the printer config

[mcu]
serial: /dev/serial/by-id/usb_serial_1
restart_method: command

Unfortunately, nobody here can offer much in the way of help for the Sonic Pad.

The only bit of advice I can give on the issue is to try the other USB port on the Sonic Pad and try different USB cables (the shorter the better) as one of the Sonic Pad’s USB ports seems to have electrical problems.

alright thanks ill try it wouldn’t let me use one of the usb ports when I setting it up but Ill give it a try

I tried and my sonic pad boots up and then in a couple seconds it wit will just give error code three. I don’t know what to do now because whenever I try to print wirelessly it gives me an error a little ways into the print.

If possible I would return it and buy something different.

It’s a creatality printer you can’t return it. If I could get a different brand of printer I would.

It fixed self. there was an update to my sonic pad and it works now.
