Sonicpad disconnection issues for over a month, tried everything, going crazy ;)

Basic Information:

Printer Model: ender 3 s1
MCU / Printerboard: creality 4.2.7 stmf401
Host / SBC creality sonic pad
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed
Be sure to check our “Knowledge Base” Category first. Most relevant items, e.g. error messages, are covered there

Describe your issue:

i’ll try to resume as much as possible:
for context, i have 3 creality ender 3 s1 pros
1 of them has f stmf103 board, the other 2 have the f401, i’m having issues, ONLY on the 2 f401’s
all of them have the same parts, same minor mods, etc.

So, around 1 month ago i started having some issues were the f401’s if left iddle for a while, would disconnect, and i started not being able to reset them on fluid, only manually on the pad’s screen, so i started trying to fix that and from that point onwards, things only got worse, started having random (i think) but very constant disconnection issues, most times both f401 disconnect and the same exact time, but not always, had times when they printed once, twice, with no issues just to then disconnect non stops in the next 10 attempts i’ve made.
the disconnects show no trigger, they disconnect in short prints, long prints, fast, slow, hot, cold, pla, abs, petg, tpu, etc, i’ve tried changing eveything

Here’s a list of things i tried:
-covering the usb 5v pin
-changing cables, 3 times
-factory reset sonic pad
-change printer firmware to marlin (they worked fine) and then back to klipper, with a new flash, error returns
-changing a bunch of slicer settings
-tried doing the ‘‘bare bones’’ deleting unecessary macros, timelapse files, etc
-tested printer’s powersupply, fine
-plugged the printers on different cables, outlets, etc
-changed hotend
-changed throat
-changed heat cartridge and thermistor for new ones
-used cable stabilizers
-tried different slicer profiles
-tried reseting some printer configs (i use orca slicer, never changed any printer configs in over 1 year, never had issues before)
-tried running 1 of the 2 printers alone, with nothing else turned on, still stopped
-swapping usb cables with the f103 that was working
-swapped the entire sprite extruder with the f103 one
-removed all printers from sonic pad and tried re-doing the config with 1 printer alone

i’ve probably tried more stuff but don’t remember, NOTHING above worked.

some other info:
-attached a couple klippy logs, the (5) is the newest, then the (4), and so on but it’s always the same error "got eof when reading from device’’ i have more logs if needed

-i’ve always used orca, never changed the machine gcode or ther machine settings, besides offsets

-all of my other printers work fine, i have 2 vzbots (never had issues) plugged in the same plug and one of the f401’s and on another plug i have the other f401 together with 2 kp3s’s and 2 other project printers, before all these issues i used to sometimes run, 7,8 printers at once, no issues, but i tried already turning everything off and running only 1, or both f401’s

-i’ve not yet tried downgrading the sonic pad’s firmware since i don’t yet have a male to male usb, put i’ll go after one tomorrow.

-currently i’m testing 2 more things, i did a new flash on one of the f401’s and i’m trying to run it a the usb 4 port (was the port of another ender that never had any issues)

-on the other f401 i’m only testing the last file it disconnected on, but this time, sliced on cura on some basic profile

i’m legit out of ideas now, never turned to forums ou someone else for issues with my printers, always delt with them by myself, but this time i have no clue what else to try.

obs: i’m brazilian, so excuse any english grammar issues
if any other info is needed, just say, ill have this window opened 24/7 at work (have a little 3d printing bussiness here, so i have all my time dedicated to fixing these printers, i do have others (thankfully), but 2 printers, with my current demand, do make a dent)
