think it might have something to do with this cod in the printer config [mcu] serial: /dev/serial/by-id/usb_serial_1 restart_method: command

alright thanks ill try it wouldn’t let me use one of the usb ports when I setting it up but Ill give it a try

I tried and my sonic pad boots up and then in a couple seconds it wit will just give error code three. I don’t know what to do now because whenever I try to print wirelessly it gives me an error a little ways into the print.

If possible I would return it and buy something different.

It’s a creatality printer you can’t return it. If I could get a different brand of printer I would.
