That’s the reason we ask for further information to have the chance to resolve it.
I experienced a very similar problem before. In my case I had created a custom printer profile for my Ender 3 to be able to print a little larger and the filament size was set to 2.85 by default. Setting the filament size in Cura to 1.75 fixed this. I had also switched from marlin to klipper at the same time so it made the cause less obvious. Hopefully this helps someone.
