I found the solution, the real culprit is PSU, it deliver the output voltage as 7V, still i was surprising how it powered all the rest of the things. Now everything is working fine . Thanks for your helps to all.

Good news that you found the problem.
What was the brand/model of the power supply? So I don’t buy one in the future.
It local brand (SRB POWERS), now I’m using the mean well psu 350
