What does Klippain do

Basic Information:

Printer Model: DIY Hypercube dual extrruder
MCU / Printerboard: SKR v3
Host / SBC: raspi 4

Hello all, I have just converted my printer to Klipper. Made reasonable progress with most things (sensorless home, servo swivel, bdsensor, etc.) working.
The next step and main goal will be accelerometer .

However my question is a very n00b one. I installed Klippain, believing it is a GUI for configuration editing. However I can only see that it placed a bunch of configuration files in many dirs. What does it do and how do I use it?

For Klippain is a 3rd party software in what (afaik) the Klipper devs are not invloved in, you may ask this at the Klippain homepage:
