Z homing problem with TAP crashing bed

I have an issue which only rarely occurs and unfortunately, I don’t know how to reproduce it.

Besides the standard configuration of the Voron 2.4, I have installed a nozzle brush that can be lifted with a servo to clean the nozzle. It is connected to the PE9 of the board (Motor connector). In the PRINT_START sequence, this is used twice: after the first homing (G28) and right before printing when the nozzle has reached printing temperature. I use the TAP (printed) for the Z-probing and bed meshing.

Now to the actual problem. In very rare cases, the nozzle brush deploys during the G28 sequence, after homing X and Y but before homing Z. After that, the print head moves down, and the TAP does not trigger, causing the nozzle to crash into the bed and damaging it. I am not sure if this is directly related to the nozzle brush or a side effect, however, it always happend both (nozzle brush during G28 and bed crash). Maybe someone gets an idea when looking at the attached klippy.log.
