My issue:
My printer is working fine. There are no faults in stepper movements.
I recently replaced a nozzle and wanted to create a new bed mesh as well (15 points (5 X3).

That part does not work.
In creating the mesh theY stepper does not move properly. It makes a horrible loud sound and moves not enough in the Y-direction. I is not creating a mesh of the whole bed. It 's faulty movement is also not consistent. It has to move twice in the Y-direction. Sometimes there is one faulty movement ( always the first…), sometimes two…

I 'll include a link to a video:

I did not change a thing in my printer.cfg.
To try i made a 20 point mesh and it ended the same way: no proper movement in Y-direction.
For Z-offset i tried the tuning-G-code made by TeachingTech tuning guide (First Layer) on his website. That also resulted in a faulty movement in the Y-axis.
My own prints are fine…

I don’t know where to look to fix it. My .cfg is almost standard for an Ender 5 Pro (BL_touch and ADXL mounted)

Thanks in advance…

I have not seen something obviously wrong in your config.
Such effects are often (almost always?) electrical or mechanical

Thanks for your response and suggestions.
It is kind of weird that it (till now) only happend during bed meshing and G-code tuning on first layer.
My prints have no steps or layershifts…
It that still possible by electrical or mechanical causes?
