Calibrations are not saving

Basic Information:

Printer Model: modified ender 3 pro
MCU / Printerboard: e3v2
Host / SBC pi4b+
klippy.log
klippy.log (5.5 MB)

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Appears as though none of my new settings are being applied. I.E Z_Offset after running calibrate_probe, as well as my new rotation_distance after doing the extrusion multiplier. attached my log.

*EDIT - corrected the klippy.log to actually include useful information and not just configurations.

Do you perform a SAVE_CONFIG after doing the settings?

Sorry, messed it up when I was attempting to have it focus around the probe_calibration. Fixing it now
