Can Klipper use a serial port on the SKR E3 mini v1.2?

Hi,

I have an Ender with an SKR E3 mini v1.2 and a broken USB port, so currently I use it with Marlin and Octoprint connected via serial port (via the TFT header on the SKR) to the GPIO pins of the Raspberry PI.

I would like to try out Klipper, but am stumped on “make menuconfig” - I am not finding any options to configure it to listen on a serial port of the SKR like with Marlin. There are several serial port options, but as far as I can see, none work with the TFT header (or any other header).

Am I out of luck, does Klipper not support this?
