Can't zero Z axis with new firmware

Basic Information:

Since upgrading to version v0.12.0-37-g547bfbf8 I cannot get the Z axis to zero. I’m using Bltouch and was in the habit of manually zeroing the axis then changing the z_offset parameter in the [bltouch] section of printer.cfg. That section was commented out by PROBE_CALIBRATE. I also used to use g29 to do the bed leveling. Both have been removed from the current version. I have tried MANUAL_PROBE (followed by TESTZ) and the best I can do is to get the nozzle about 2mm above the bed when Klipper thinks z=0. Also followed the Bltouch section in the documentation, same result. The probe offset was 4.8 mm, which seemed reasonable. In any event the mounting bracket is not adjustable.

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed
