Ender 3 S1 mcu unable to connect

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 S1
MCU / Printerboard: Ender 3 S1 with cr4ns200141c13 / STM32F401
Host / SBC: Raspberry Pi 3 B

Describe your issue:

Ive tried reflashing the firmware many times and using different printer.cfg files
On the website it says error configuring printer
The log file also mentions “serialhdl.error: mcu ‘mcu’: Serial connection closed”
Im using moonsailos on the raspberry pi also
