Hi @Dboy ,

In your config:

[stepper_x]
...
enable_pin: PA15

PA15 should have an ! in front of it (otherwise the stepper won’t be enabled), like this:

[stepper_x]
...
enable_pin: !PA15

hey there I chnaged that and the motors still won’t move

How do you check that the motors move?

I home the motors and I have tried using the stepper buzz command neither work

Post a klippy.log after you changed the pin ID.

Side question: Do the heaters work?

everything works except the motors

Are your jumpers set correctly?

I believe they are here is a picture

Looks correct to me.

Is there any chance the driver boards are in the sockets backwards? One person on the BTT wiki had them reversed.

The driver boards are placed in the correct sockets I have checked

The M5P has two power connectors: HB and DCIN
HB is for the heated bed.
DCIN for the rest of the board.
When the latter one is missing or the fuse is burned, it can appear that the board is working due to back-powering via the USB port. But is missed the power of the stepper drivers.

I have the power supply wired into DCIN and none of the fuses are burned

You have your Z endstop_pin set to ^PC3. Are there wires attached to the MIN3 socket?

Welcome Dboy,

I don’t think your klippy.log helps.

I plugged the BL touch into that port but I have not configured it yet as I hoped to configure it when the motors started working
