Hi I am building a Voron 2.4 using Octopus V1.1. control board.
Installed Mainsail OK and now editing printer.cfg for my setup.
I am getting an error for Heater Bed File contains parsing errors: [line 280]: ’ Thermistor - TB \n’
So I assume the ‘n’ stands for thermistor type. I am using a Vivedeno heater pad and can’t find
a thermistor specification or is there a generic one available.
Please can someone assist.

The sample Octopus config for the V2.4 has a comment line that says ## Thermistor - TB in the bed section. That’s to let you know which port to plug the bed thermistor into to match the pins in the config. You’ve likely uncommented that line by mistake, or made some other formatting error at that line. I’ve attached a screenshot of what it should look like.

Great thanks for the help. I have specified the type as >>sensor_type: Generic 3950

It’s up to you to determine what hardware you have on your printer. I would suggest joining the Voron Discord and asking questions there if you need more specific info about the printer you’re building.
