Help needed with "MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Timer too close" :-(

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron 2.4
MCU / Printerboard: Octopus 1.1, Raspberry Pi Zero 2W

I truly hope someone can support me here to identify the root cause. Error occurs randomly during prints, but not for every print. I first thought an mcu overload and generated the graph, however that looks pretty normal to me. Any help really appreciated on how to identify this as i am a bit too inexperienced so far…

Were you able to address your problem? I also have an issue with “timer too close” while the load on the host seems totally OK, but the bandwidth seems to show a sudden spike. I’m trying to understand what could influence the bandwidth to figure out whether the actual problem could be with the gcode, since I’ve hit the problem 3 times with the same gcode file generated by a new OrcaSlicer 1.6.3. I’ll try slicing with the older version (which gave me no problems so far) to see whether that helps, but would still like to understand what exactly the bandwidth graph is indicating …
