Homers tevo tarantula pro .bin y .cfg

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Homers tevo tarantula pro
MCU / Printerboard: mks sgen l v1.0

Hello everyone, I am a Spanish boy learning klipper, the question is that I bought the creality sonic pad because I have 3 older printers, an ender 3, an ender 6 and a homers tevo tarantula pro, the two enders are already working without problems after I read a lot, but it didn’t make me clear since there is no information on the internet to put klipper on that specific printer. Could someone tell me where to follow the bin file and the cfg file to be able to install the printer, is that I don’t understand how to do it, I can’t figure it out and I’ve been trying for two days now but I don’t understand and I’m stupid. Please, if someone could give me the two files, I would really appreciate it. If not, I’m afraid that I will retire now. Greetings and thanks in advance. .

Hello @NoLoSe !

My condolences.

Fact is, that Klipper so much messed up by Cre@lity on the Sonic Pad, that we are not able to give any support on it.

Welcome NoLoSe,

nice name

You may find your config here klipper/config/printer-tevo-tarantula-pro-2020.cfg at master · Klipper3d/klipper · GitHub. There is no .bin file to download! You’ll get to that, if you read Sineos’ instructions and Klipper documentation below.

For help, how to install Klipper you may follow Sineos’ Knowledge Base Installing Klipper with KIAUH
Klipper documentation Overview - Klipper documentation also should be read before starting with Klipper.

…but

I suggest to get rid of the Sonic Pad. I predict you’ll never succeed with official Klipper on a Sonic Pad. There also is an article about the Sonic Pad in the Knowledge Base above.

Good luck, hcet14

Hello and thank you for answering, I don’t want to get rid of the Sonic pad, the truth is that on Ender 3 and 6 they work well without problems, I wanted the machines to be faster and they achieved it, the thing is that I just wanted to install and continue printing because it is What I like, and I didn’t want to get too complicated with Klipper, the thing is that the Homers Tarantula Pro, I’m not capable of, so I’ll wait a while in case I solve it or it will be left for parts. The cfg file that you tell me about Tevo Tarantula Pro is from the green one, which is Gen 1 8-bit board, and I have Homers Tevo Tarantula Pro Orange, next to that 32-bit board and Sgen L_1.0, thank you all for try to help me see if we can find the solution and forgive my Google translator English

Despite you decision to keep your Sonic Pad

There is an easy way to build the configuration (.cfg) for your setup.

I guess this is your printerboard SGEN_L/Hardware/Image/MKS_SGEN_L_V1.png at master · makerbase-mks/SGEN_L · GitHub

If yes, you may find a start here Klipper-for-MKS-Boards/MKS Sgen l V1 at main · makerbase-mks/Klipper-for-MKS-Boards · GitHub
