Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file. Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue: I am getting error Pin ‘’ is not a valid pin name on mcu ‘mcu’

I am super new to this.

I assume you are using some sort of TMC drivers, right? → If yes, the complete config for the drivers is missing.

Post your complete printer.cfg regarding the pin error.

  • Move your endstop_pin: probe:z_virtual_endstop from z1 to z and delete the entire statement from z1
  • If using TMC steppers complete your config

now I am getting the error "Option ‘position_endstop’ is not valid in section ‘stepper_z’ "

Sorry. Just take it out. position_endstop is not a valid setting when using a probe.
