Hi, printer was doing fine for a month, now its giving me an error shutdown due to webhook request, I’m not pressing the emergegy button, there has to be more to it but can’t figure out what.
Printer is a Ender 3v2 CoreXY conversion with EBB36 can bus and cartographer, BTT Pi 1.2 and SKR 1.4 plugged in through USB
This error shows up at any point… during printing, during bed calibration, stand by.
Changed the USB cable already and that seemed to fixed it for a couple of days but I got the error again today.
I checked the physical connections already and even wiggle all the cables to try to replicate the error at will but no error appears.
Any ideas are welcome
It says in system info you are running a 64bit.
If you chose the 64 bit OS for the Rpi, this could cause problems with canbus.
I read that some reported improvements on this recently, so maybe it depends on from when you took the OS but in case you are running the 64 bit version I recommend trying the 32 bit full and see if your problem goes away.
P.S. you did not fill in any of the requested data that you were asked for. If you want help that works for your setup, them who know will need this info.
According to the log, Klipper received an emergency shutdown. I’m not aware of any reports where this occurred arbitrarily.
Likely, it is sent from a macro or some connected service / interface application.
Thank you all for your help, I ended up connecting the BTT pi 1.2 through UART to my SKR 1.4 board using this other post as reference: SKR 1.4 Turbo with BTT PI v1.2 and Klipper. I have printed a couple of times without failure, I’ll keep in mind the the version of the OS if it fails again
