Installing Klipper manually

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 5
MCU / Printerboard: SKR 1.4 T
Host / SBC
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

…I was wondering, I installed Klipper manually following the instructions on the Klipper main website. I noticed that, for me anyway, it’s using the Octoprint UI.
I have klipper working correctly, but wondered is it worth installing Fluidd etc? Would this be a better UI?
And if so, how do I go about this without destroying the Klipper installation?

It’s not better, it is different.

Every UI has it’s strengths and weaknesses.

One strength of OctoPrint is the vast amount of plugins.

With KIAUH you can install all three common UIs parallel.

Hi Eddy and thank you again for your help! I know my previous installation had mainsail. But it was such a long time ago I installed it I forgot how I did it! Must be 5 years ago
